And here we go again for chocolate!

The cakes, which I make for the kids' birthday parties here at home, are mostly chocolate. Because the request is always the same "I want chocolate cake". As this year there were no dietary restrictions on anyone I was able to make the cake with eggs.
It's a lower cake (it also depends on the shape you use), but it's one of the most practical to make. A simple and tasty recipe!

Chocolate Cake Recipe (quick)
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered chocolate
½ cup oil
1 cup warm water
2 eggs
1 dessert spoon baking powder
Preparation:
Grease a baking pan with margarine and flour. Preheat the oven to 170º C.
Mix all the ingredients, except the baking powder.
Beat everything for about 4 minutes until the dough is very fluid. The more you beat, the fluffier the cake gets.
Finally add the baking powder and beat a few more seconds.
Another way to make it fluffier is to beat the egg whites separately and at the end add the egg whites (incorporating them into the batter and not beating).
Pour into the mold and place in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Then decorate to taste, I decorated with melted Nutella on top and green and white nuggets and jelly beans around.
