A deliciously nutritious and wonderful spontaneous recipe.

I have days when I don't feel like eating either meat or fish and just want healthy but nutritious options.
When I think of such dishes I always remember either beans, lentils or chickpeas. But this time I didn't want any of those.
I come home after a ballet class and a day's work and I think of something to eat. This time I already had the broccoli cooked, but if it wasn't it was just another 5 minutes (which is the cooking time). The rest is just chopping, frying, grating and seasoning.
This is how this broccoli, tomato, and fried egg bowl with grated cheese was born.
Here's the simple and tasty recipe!
Ingredients:
4 broccoli florets 🥦
1 tomato 🍅
1 egg 🍳
Parmigiano cheese grated on the spot 🧀
Preparation:
Place the broccoli florets in a pot of water seasoned with salt. Bring to a boil. When the water boils, count 5 minutes and remove.
Cut the tomato into cubes and fry the egg.
Put the broccoli and tomato in a bowl and season to taste, I seasoned it with olive oil and vinegar. Place the fried egg on top and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano cheese.
